‘द जर्नी ऑफ वुमन इन सिनेमा’- माधुरी दीक्षित और गुनीत मोंगा संग खास बातचीत

जयपुर, 8 मार्च, 2025: आईफा के सिल्वर जुबली सेलिब्रेशन के तहत जयपुर में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस पर एक खास इवेंट हुआ। ‘द जर्नी ऑफ वुमन इन सिनेमा’ नाम के इस इवेंट में बॉलीवुड की दिग्गज अदाकारा माधुरी दीक्षित और ऑस्कर विजेता प्रोड्यूसर गुनीत मोंगा ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए। बातचीत को आईफा की वाइस प्रेसिडेंट नोरीन खान ने होस्ट किया।

माधुरी दीक्षित ने अपने 39 साल के करियर के अनुभव साझा किए और बताया कि कैसे महिलाओं के किरदार समय के साथ मजबूत हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अब महिला किरदार सिर्फ सहायक भूमिकाओं तक ही सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि वे कहानी का केंद्र भी बन रही हैं। वहीं, गुनीत मोंगा ने फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में अपने संघर्ष, ऑस्कर जीतने के सफर और महिला नेतृत्व के महत्व पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय सिनेमा में महिलाओं की भागीदारी बढ़ रही है और यह बदलाव भविष्य के लिए उम्मीद जगाता है।

इस चर्चा में महिलाओं के बदलते किरदार, उनकी चुनौतियों और उनके बढ़ते प्रभाव पर बात हुई। दोनों ने अपने सफर की कहानियाँ साझा कीं, जिससे नई पीढ़ी को प्रेरणा मिली।

नोरीन खान ने कहा,”आईफा के 25 साल पूरे होने पर, हम सिनेमा और अन्य क्षेत्रों में महिलाओं के योगदान को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। ‘द जर्नी ऑफ वुमन इन सिनेमा’ सिर्फ एक चर्चा नहीं, बल्कि एक आंदोलन है। जब हम हिम्मत, रचनात्मकता और नेतृत्व की कहानियाँ साझा करते हैं, तो हम सिर्फ सफल महिलाओं का जश्न नहीं मनाते, बल्कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों को भी प्रेरित करते हैं। आईफा ऐसे मंच, इवेंट और साझेदारियों के ज़रिए बदलाव की दिशा में काम करता रहेगा, जहाँ हर आवाज सुनी जाए और ‘मैं बदलाव ला सकती हूँ’ का संकल्प एक सामूहिक शक्ति बने।”

यह कार्यक्रम 7 मार्च, 2025 को हयात रीजेंसी, जयपुर में भव्य रूप से आयोजित हुआ और भारतीय सिनेमा में महिलाओं की ताकत व योगदान का जश्न मनाने का एक शानदार अवसर बना।
