Today, Hon’ble Education Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan addressed the 35th Convocation Ceremony of IGNOU, as chief guest at Baba Saheb Ambedkar Convention Centre, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi
Before addressing a huge gathering, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan awarded the meritorious & successful students with degree certificates & medals. He congratulated them on their achievements & wished good luck for their bright future.
During an interactive & inspiring address, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji said that the success of IGNOU is a national success story. He highlighted that institute’s academic policy is in line with the #NEP2020.
He further added that the 21st century is the century of knowledge and IGNOU can ensure knowledge reaches the unreached through digital & distance education.
Shri Dharmendra Pradhan ji emphasized that our education system needs a paradigm shift for transforming India into an economic superpower.
