20 मई की आम हड़ताल को सफल करो

केन्द्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों और क्षेत्रवार अखिल भारतीय महासंघों का 18 मार्च को दिल्ली में राष्ट्रीय अधिवेशन आयोजित हुआ जिसमें आहूत 20 मई, 2025 की आम हड़ताल का आह्वान किया गया है । टेªड यूनियन सेन्टर आॅफ इंडिया (टीयूसीआई) देश के मजदूर वर्ग से इस आम हड़ताल को भव्य रूप से सफल बनाने का आह्वान करता है।

आज मजदूर वर्ग और सभी मेहनतकश जनता पर फासीवादी हमला दिन-प्रतिदिन तेज होता जा रहा है। चार श्रम संहिताओं (लेबर कोड़) की तलवार भारत के मजदूरो के सिर पर लटक रही है, जिसके लागू होने से 8 घण्टे के कार्यदिवस का अधिकार, स्थायी नौकरी का अधिकार, संगठित होने और हड़ताल करने का अधिकार सहित कठोर संघर्षों से हासिल किए गए सभी टेªड यूनियन एवं जनवादी अधिकारों खत्म हो जाएंगे। सार्वजनिक उपक्रमों का निजीकरण, ठेका मजदूरी प्रथा का विस्तार, सरकारी नौकरियों की आउटसोर्सिंग, यहां तक कि मध्याह्न भोजन योजना जैसी इस तरह की विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं के तहत काम की आउटसोर्सिंग बेधड़क जारी है।

ऐसी परिस्थिति में टीयूसीआई इस हड़ताल का न केवल मौखिक समर्थन करता है, बल्कि हम टीयूसीआई से संबद्ध सभी यूनियनों से भी आह्वान करते हैं कि वे सक्रिय रूप से और जुझारू तरीके से सड़कों पर उतरकर हड़ताल को सफल बनाएं।

टीयूसीआई का मानना है कि यह संघर्ष एक दिन की हड़ताल तक सीमित नहीं रह सकता, इसे सतत, दिन-प्रतिदिन के संघर्ष में बदलना चाहिए। जिन मांगों को लेकर हड़ताल का आह्वान किया गया है, उन्हें हासिल करने के लिए निरंतर, चैतरफा और एकजुट संघर्ष करना होगा। हालांकि उक्त अधिवेशन का आयोजन 10 केन्द्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों के मंच द्वारा किया गया था, जिसने अखिल भारतीय हड़ताल का आह्वान किया है, लेकिन इस मंच के बाहर भी कई ट्रेड यूनियन और मजदूर वर्ग के संगठन हैं, चाहे वे बड़े हों या छोटे, जो अखिल भारतीय, राज्य और उद्योग स्तर पर मजदूरों के बीच कार्यरत हैं। ऐसे सभी मजदूर संगठनों की एकता इस समय की मांग है। तीन कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ किसान आन्दोलन इस संबंध में एक अनुकरण योग्य मिसाल है। उन्हीं के पदचिन्हों पर चलते हुए कर्मचारियों को आर-पार की लड़ाई लड़नी होगी।

टीयूसीआई की मांग है कि चारों श्रम संहिता को निरस्त किया जाए, ईपीएस के तहत न्यूनतम पेंशन 9,000 रुपये की जाए, पुरानी पेंशन योजना को बहाल किया जाए, न्यूनतम मासिक वेतन 26,000 रुपये किया जाए, मनरेगा के तहत नियमित काम दिया जाए और इसके तहत 200 दिन का काम किया जाए तथा वेतन में वृद्धि की जाए, मिड-डे मील जैसी योजनाओं की आउटसोर्सिंग बन्द की जाए, समान काम के लिए समान वेतन दिया जाए।

टीयूसीआई का मानना है कि हड़ताल में इन मांगों को मजबूती से उठाने की जरूरत है। टीयूसीआई सभी संगठित, असंगठित और ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के मजदूरों और मेहनतकश जनता से इस हड़ताल को पूरी तरह सफल बनाने का आह्वान करता है।

Make 20th May General Strike a Grand Success

The Trade Union Centre of India (TUCI) call upon the working class to make the general strike on 20th May, 2025 a grand success called by the National Convention of Central Trade Unions and sectoral All India Federations on 18th March.

Today the fascist attack on working and all toiling masses is intensifying day-by-day. The sword of four labour codes is hanging on working class by which all hard won rights, including right of 8-hour working day, right to permanent job, right to organize and right to strike and other trade union and democratic rights are under attack. Privatization of PSUs, increasing contract labour system, outsourcing of government jobs, even the work under different government schemes like Mid-Day Meal Schemes, is going on unabatedly.

In this situation, TUCI is not only calling for a verbal support of this strike, but also calls upon all unions affiliated to TUCI to actively and militantly take to the streets and make the strike a success.

TUCI believes that this struggle cannot be limited to a one-day strike, it needs to be a continuous, day-to-day struggle. To achieve all the demands for which the strike has been called, a continuous, all-out and united struggle will have to be waged. Though the convention was organised by platform of 10 central TUs, which gave the call of all India strike, there are many trade unions and working class organisations outside this platform, big or small, working at all India, State and industry level. Unity of all working class organizations is need of hour. The farmers’ movement is an example in this regard. Following those footsteps, the workers will have to wage an all-out struggle.

TUCI demands: repeal the four labour code, a minimum pension of Rs 9,000 under EPS, reinstate Old Pension Scheme, minimum monthly wage of Rs 26,000, regular work under MNREGA and for 200 days and increase in their wages, stop outsourcing of schemes like Mid-day Meal, equal wages for equal work.

TUCI believes that these demands need to be raised strongly in the strike. TUCI calls upon all organized, unorganized and rural workers and working people, to make this strike a complete success.
